اللجنة المصرفية كألية للوقاية من تبييض الأموال

Résumé: أعاد المشرع الجزائري تنظيم اللجنة المصرفية بموجب القانون النقدي و المصرفي الجديد و عزز دورها في الإشراف و الرقابة على البنوك و المؤسسات المصرفية المختلفة خاصة في الوقاية من تبييض الأموال و تمويل الإرهاب بعد تعديل قانون الوقاية من تبييض الأموال بموجب القانون 05-01، حيث يتناول المقال التنظيم الجديد للجنة المصرفية و دورها كسلطة ضبط على المؤسسات المصرفية و ضمان تنفيذها للتشريع و التنظيم المتعلق بالوقاية من تبييض الأموال و التوجيهات ذات الصلة و تخفيض المخاطر المحتملة المتعلقة بها إلى المستوبات الدنيا. The Algerian legislature reorganized the Banking Committee under the new monetary and banking law and strengthened its role in supervision and control of banks and various banking institutions, especially in the Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing after the amendment of the law on the Prevention of money laundering under law 05-01, where the article deals with the new organization of the Banking Committee and its role as a control authority over banking institutions and ensuring their implementation of legislation and regulation related to the Prevention of money laundering and related directives and reducing potential risks related to them to minimum levels.
