الكفاءة النفسية المعرفية وأثرها على الأداء اللفظي للمترجم في الحقل الدبلوماسي Cognitive Psychological Competence And Skills And Its Impact On The Translator's Verbal Performance In The Diplomatic Field

Résumé: ملخص: يُعبَّرُ عن فكر الانسان وجوهره من خلال الفعل اللساني، والفعل الترجمي هو قناة ناقلة للأفكار المجسدة بالكلمات التي قد تحمل معاني تصريحية أو مضمرة ينقلها المترجم الدبلوماسي مع كل التفاعلات الايديولوجية والثقافية والسياسية المرتبطة بها، حيث يتميز الخطاب الديبلوماسي بالتحريض والاثارة، وتوظيف سياق الاضمار مما يصعّب إدراك المعنى ويضع المترجم أمام اشكالية التصرف والاختيار بين المعنى والاسلوب، فالتحديات التي تواجه الترجمة في هذا الاختصاص تتخطى المناورات اللغوية كي تصبح مرتعا لتلاعبات ذات عواقب وخيمة، لذا نحن نسعى إلى تحديد أهمية تفعيل المكتسبات النفسية المعرفية واللسانية أثناء أداء المترجم الدبلوماسي، وطرق إعمال الذكاء اللفظي، وقد تبيّن لنا أنّه على المترجم أن يلجأ إلى كفاءته اللغوية التي يدعمها ذكاءه اللفظي من أجل تقدير حدود تصرفه، بغية إيجاد أحسن الطرق لإظهار المسكوت عنه، ولتيسير عملية تسيير الكفاءات يجب فتح آفاق للتعليم الأكاديمي في مجال الترجمة المتخصصة، مما يمكن الانتقال من مرحلة التكوين الأكاديمي إلى التنفيذ المهني المحترف بشكل أكثر سلاسة. Abstract: Human thought and essence are expressed through the linguistic act, and translation is a channel which enables conveying ideas embodied in words that can carry declarative or implicit meanings conveyed by the diplomatic translator with all the ideological, cultural and political interactions associated with it meaning and put him in front of the problem of code of conduct and choice between meaning and style. The stakes of translation in this specialty go beyond linguistic maneuvers to become a focus of manipulations with disastrous consequences. Beyond the above, we seek to determine the importance of activating psychological, cognitive and linguistic gains in the performance of the diplomatic translator, and the methods of its implementation of verbal intelligence in the translation process, as we approach this topic from a psychological, linguistic and cognitive point of view within the framework of interdisciplinary intersection. We found that the translator must use his linguistic competence and skills, which relies on his verbal intelligence, to estimate the limits of his code of conduct and behavior, in order to find the best ways to show what is implicit in. In order to facilitate the process of skills management, it is necessary to open up prospects for academic training in the field of specialized translation, which would allow for a smoother transition from academic training to professionalization.
