أثر ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، في الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن.

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، في الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في ان هناك نقص في الدراسات التي توضح كيفية تأثير ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء على الميزة التنافسية في سياق الشركات الاستخراجية. تسعى الدراسة إلى الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما أثر ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، في الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن؟ توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج منها يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء أبعادها مجتمعة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية أبعادها مجتمعة في الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن. The study aimed to identify the impact of green human resource management practices on achieving competitive advantage in extractive companies in southern Jordan. The problem of the study lies in the lack of studies that explain how green human resource management practices affect competitive advantage in the context of extractive companies. The study seeks to answer the following main question: What is the impact of green human resource management practices on achieving competitive advantage in extractive companies in southern Jordan? The study reached a number of results, including that there is a statistically significant effect of green human resource management practices and their combined dimensions in achieving competitive advantage and their combined dimensions in extractive companies in southern Jordan.
