واقع الدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر، من خلال التعرف على أهم بطاقات الدفع الإلكتروني المستعملة سواء البنكية منها أو البطاقة الذهبية لبريد الجزائر، وأهم المجلات والمؤسسات التي أدرجت خدمة الدفع عبر الأنترنت في نشاطها. حيث نتج عن الدراسة أن بداية الدفع الإلكتروني كان من خلال خدمة الدفع عبر الأنترنت في قطاع الخدمات كمرحلة أولى والمتضمن مجال التأمين، إذ سجلت النسب الأعلى في مجال الاتصال من خلال دفع فواتير الهاتف واشتراكات الأنترنت، وفي مجال الطاقة عن طريق دفع فواتير الكهرباء والماء عبر الأنترنت باستعمال بطاقة الدفع الإلكتروني. The aim of this study is to determine the reality of electronic payment in Algeria by identifying the most important electronic payment cards used, whether they are bank or Algeria postcard, the most important domains and institutions that have included online service payment in her activity As a result of the study, the start of electronic payment by the service sector as a preliminary step containing the field of transportation, communication, energy as well as the insurance sector, it records the highest proportions in the field of communication through the payment of telephone bills and internet subscriptions as well as in the field of energy in paying electricity and water bills on the internet via the electronic payment card
