واقع التكوين في شركة انتاج الكهرباء، دراسة حالة وحدة إنتاج- أدرار

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع التكوين في شركة توزيع الكهرباء وحدة ادرار، أحد فروع الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز - سونلغاز – استخدم فيها البحث الوصفي المناسب لطبيعة الموضوع، وقد قسمت الدراسة الحالية الى محورين رئيسين اثنين تضمن الأول التكوين ومدى اهميته في تنمية الموارد البشرية أما المحور الثاني واقع التكوين في الشركة المدروسة ، اعتمد فيه أساسا عن أسلوب المقابلة و الملاحظة المباشرة في جمع المعلومات ، إضافة الى استخدام أداة "الاستبيان" لتتعرف على استجابات العمال حول أهمية التكوين في تنمية الموارد البشرية ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 67 عاملا بالشركة تم اختيارهم بواسطة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن الشركة تتبنى عملية تكوينية منتظمة من حيث المنهج والطريقة ، كما توصلت نتائج الاستبيان الى وجود اهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للتكوين في تنمية الموارد البشرية Abstract:The aim of the study was to investigate the reality of training in the electricity production company, ADRAR unit, one of the branches in the Algerian Electric and Gas Company. - SONELGAZ. The descriptive research method was used to tackle this subject. The current study was divided into two main areas: the first area was about training and its importance in human resources development. The second area was about the reality of training in the company. interview style and direct observation was used to collect information, in addition to this, the survey tool was used to identify employees’ responses about the importance of training in the development of human resources. the sample study was composed of 67 employees selected using the simple random sampling method. The results of the study found that the company use an organized training process when it comes to the approach and the methodology, and the results of thesurvey found that the training play an important role in human resources development.
