Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال لدراسة الإطار القانوني لعضو المحكمة الدستورية بغية توضيح المسار الوظيفي له، باعتبار أن المؤسس الدستوري والقانون التنظيمي المتمثل في النظام الداخلي للمحكمة الدستورية خصا عضو المحكمة الدستورية بقواعد تضبطه بدءا بشروط اختياره مرورا لتوليه الوظيفة وتمتعه بضماناتها وتحمله لالتزاماتها، هذا ما سنحاول إبرازه مع توضيح مركزه القانوني بدقة. This article aims to study the legal framework of the member of the ConstitutionalCourt in order to clarify his career path, considering that the constitutional founderand the organizational law represented in the rules of procedure of the Constitutional Court authorized the member of the Constitutional Court rules governing him startingwith the conditions of his selection through to his assumption of the post and enjoy itsguarantees and bearing its obligations, This is what we will try to highlight whileclarifying its legal status accurately
