Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية لتحديد دور رأس المال الفكري بمكوناته المتمثلة في رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي ورأس المال الزبوني في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها المختلفة والمتمثلة في التكلفة، الجودة، الابتكار، المرونة والوقت. بهدف تحقيق ذلك استخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة البالغ حجمها 70 فرد، وتم تحليل هذه البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSpss وأساليب المعالجة الإحصائية كالمتوسط الحسابي، اختبارT، الانحدار البسيط، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يوجد توفر لكل من رأس المال الفكري والميزة التنافسية في مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى، - يوجد أثر لرأس المال الفكري بمختلف مكوناته في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسة المدروسة، الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس مال فكري؛ رأس مال بشري؛ رأس المال هيكلي؛ رأس مال زبوني؛ ميزة تنافسية. تصنيف JEL: O34 Abstract: The present study aimed to determine the role of intellectual capital with its components represented in human capital, structural capital and client capital in achieving competitive advantage with its various dimensions represented in cost, quality, innovation, flexibility and time.
