أثر السياسات الاقتصادية الراهنة على آداء القطاع الزراعي (2000-2017)

Résumé: الملخص: يعد القطاع الزراعي من اهم القطاعات الاستراتيجية التي بإمكانها ان تساهم في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، و من أجل ذلك سعت الدولة و منذ استقلالها الى ترقيته و دعمه من خلال عدة سياسات اقتصادية و فلاحية، و من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نهدف الى دراسة أثر المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية و سياسة التجديد الفلاحي و الريفي -باعتبارهما السياسات المطبقة على القطاع الزراعي في الفترة الراهنة- على سير و نمو القطاع الزراعي و مدى مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية، و ذللك بالوقوف على ماهية السياستين و أهدافهما، و عرض نتائجهما، و قد خلصت الدراسة الى ان نمو القطاع الزراعي له تأثير إيجابي نوعا ما على النمو الاقتصادي الا أن آداءه يبقي ضعيفا مقارنة مع امكانياته. Abstract : The agricultural sector is one of the most important strategic sectors that can contribute to advancing economic development, and for this reason, the state has sought, since its independence, to promote and support it through several economic and agricultural policies, and through this research paper we aim to study the impact of the national plan For agricultural development and the policy of agricultural and rural renewal on the progress and growth of the agricultural sector and the extent of its contribution to economic development, by identifying the nature and objectives of the two policies, and presenting their results, and the study concluded that The growth of the agricultural sector has a somewhat positive impact on economic growth, but its performance remains weak compared to its capabilities.
