أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في كسب ولاء العملاء - دراسة حالة بنك Badr بسكرة -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في كسب ولاء العملاء ببنك BADR بسكرة، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من (37) عبارة وزعت على عينة الدراسة والمقدر عددهم بـ (49) موظف بالبنك محل الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد المعدات والأدوات وبعد قواعد البيانات وبعد مهارات المورد البشري في كسب ولاء العملاء، والى عدم وجود أي أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد البرمجيات، وبعد شبكات الاتصال، في كسب ولاء العملاء The study aimed to clarify the impact of information technology on gaining the loyalty of customers at BADR Bank in Biskra, for that the descriptive analytical approach was relied, where a questionnaire consisting of (37) phrases was designed and distributed to the study sample, whose number is estimated at (49) employees, the study found a statistically significant effect of the dimension of equipment and tools, the dimension of databases, and the skills of the human resource in gaining customer loyalty. And the absence of any statistically significant effect of the dimension of software, and of telecommunications networks, in gaining customer loyalty.
