Integration Of Intellectual, Social And Psychological Capital: A Strategy For The Success Of Organizations
Résumé: The article investigates the integration of three categories of capital - intellectual, social, and psychological - and their effects on organizational performance and creativity. Employees' intellectual capital includes their knowledge, skills, and abilities, whereas social capital refers to resources acquired from social contacts and networks. Self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience are examples of positive psychological states that comprise psychological capital. The main problem addressed is how to achieve effective integration of these capitals and their contribution to innovation and performance. The sub-questions investigated include the importance of intellectual capital in obtaining competitive advantage, the impact of social capital on collaboration and knowledge sharing, and the influence of psychological capital on employee behavior toward innovation, strategies for integrating these capitals, and their role in adapting to complex environments. The experiences of successful companies like Google, Apple, and Microsoft are examined to provide practical insights. The findings highlight the importance of creating a culture of continuous learning, fostering collaboration, and supporting psychological well-being to promote innovation and improve performance.
