مساهمة جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي

Résumé: لعل ابرز ما أحدثته التوجهات العالمية من تأثيرات جذرية في مفاهيم الإدارة الحديثة،هو ذلك الانشغال التام والعناية الفائقة بالمورد البشري باعتباره المورد الأهم الذي تعتمد عليه المنظمة في تحقيق أهدافها ،ومن أجل الاستفادة من قدراته وزيادة فعاليته كان لزاما عليها أن تعتمد على جودة الحياة الوظيفية كأسلوب يمكن من تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي الذي تجاهد المنظمات لتحقيقه في ظل محيط الشيء الثابت فيه انه غير ثابت. لذا هدفت هاته الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية جودة الحياة الوظيفية بأبعادها المختلفة في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي، من خلال إبراز خصائص جودة الحياة الوظيفية وبرامجها ومدى فاعليتها.لتتوصل الدراسة إلى أن جودة الحياة الوظيفية كمجموعة من الممارسات التنظيمية تسهم في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي.لذا فمن الضروري زيادة تفعيل جودة الحياة الوظيفية من خلال تفعيل نظام الأجور،المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وتقوية العلاقات الاجتماعية. Perhaps the most prominent impact of global trends in the radical effects of modern management concepts is that total preoccupation and extreme care for the human resource as it is the most important resource on which the organization depends in achieving its goals, and in order to benefit from its capabilities and increase its effectiveness, it had to rely on the quality of career as a method. It enables to achieve the organizational commitment that organizations strive to achieve in the vicinity of something in which it is fixed is not fixed. Therefore, this study aimed to highlight the importance of job quality in its various dimensions in achieving organizational commitment, by highlighting the characteristics of job quality and its programs and the extent of their effectiveness. The study concludes that the quality of job life as a set of organizational practices contributes to achieving organizational commitment. The quality of job life through activating the wage system, participating in decision-making and strengthening social relations.
