عدم تسليم المجرمين في الجرائم السياسية وفقا للاتفاقيات الدولية
Résumé: يجوز تسليم المجرمين كقاعدة عامة في جميع الجرائم العادية المرتكبة، إلّا أن لهذه القاعدة حدود واستثناءات تنبع من طبيعة بعض الجرائم التي استقرت عليها قواعد القانون الدولي. فمعظم المعاهدات الخاصة بالتسليم تستثني بعض الجرائم بذاتها من إجراءات التسليم بالنظر إلى طبيعتها ولأسباب واعتبارات مختلفة يمكن حصرها في الجرائم السياسية. It is permissible to extradite criminals as a general rule in all ordinary crimes committed. Hozever, this rule has limitation and exceptions that stem from the nature of some crims on which the rules of international law have settled. Most of the treaties on extradition exclude some crimes themselves from the extradition procedures, given their nature and for various reasons and considerations, which can be limited to political crimes.
