دور الثقافة التنظيمية في زيادة فعالية الأداء المؤسسي - دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز للتوزيع -

Résumé: تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الثقافة التنظيمية في مؤسسة سونلغاز للتوزيع باعتبارها الهوية التي تعكس طبيعة المؤسسات، مبادئها، والنظام الذي تسير عليه بالإحتكام لمجموعة من الضوابط التي يعوّل عليها في توجيه سلوك الأفراد، من منطلق أن المخرجات التي يطرحها الأداء المورد البشري على مستوى أية مؤسسة بات يتأثر بمستوى ثقافتها التنظيمية وبمؤشرات قوتها أو ضعفها باعتبار المعتقدات التنظيمية الفعالة تحفز على تقديم أداء فعال يعين المؤسسات على الارتقاء أداء و إنتاجا في حين الثقافة التنظيمية الضعيفة لا تطرح سوى مؤشرات تزيد من تراجع مستويات الأداء حتى لو دعِّم هذا الأخير بمهارات وكفاءات. كلمات مفتاحية: الثقافة التنظيمية، الأداء المؤسسي، مؤسسة سونلغاز للتوزيع. تصنيفات JEL : M14، L25. Abstract: This study sheds light on organizational culture in sonelgaz distribution corporation as an identity that reflects the nature of institutions, their principles, and the system they follow by appealing to a set of controls that are reliable in directing the behavior of individuals, on the grounds that the outputs presented by the performance of the human resource at the level of any institution are affected by the level of its organizational culture And indicators of their strength or weakness, given that effective organizational beliefs motivate the provision of effective performance that helps institutions improve performance and production, while the weak organizational culture presents only indicators that increase the decline in performance levels even if the latter supports skills and competencies.
