سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالفعالية الذاتية دراسة ميدانية لدى عمال شركة البليدة Rail Express

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عمال شركة Rail Express وكذا على الفعالية الذاتية لديهم و إلى إمكانية وجود علاقة بينهما. ترتبط أهمية هذه الدراسة بأهمية متغيراتها،فالمؤسسات الجزائرية اليوم وحتى تكون قادرة على رفع تحدي المنافسة المفروضة عليها من قبل المؤسسات الغربية يجب عليها أن ترفع من مستوى فعالية عمالها،ولعل الحل يكمن في إيجاد السبل المناسبة لتنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العامل الجزائري،كما توصلنا إلى أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية والفعالية الذاتية لدى عمال شركة Rail Express The aim of this study is to identify the behavior of regulatory citizenship of rail Express workers, their self-efficacy, and the potential for a relationship. The importance of this study is related to the importance of its changes, as Algerian institutions today, in order to be able to challenge the competition imposed by Western institutions, must increase the effectiveness of their work, and the solution may be to find suitable ways to develop the organizational citizenship behavior of the Algerian worker, and to find that there is a meaningful relationship Statistics between regulatory citizenship behavior and the self-efficacy of Rail Express workers
