Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تكمن أهمية الدراسة في التعرف على السمات الشخصية والضغوط المهنية التي يواجهها مدرب الألعاب وعلاقة هذة السمات بالضغوط المهنية وذلك من خلال الإعتماد على مقاييس خاصة بمتغيرات الدراسة على عينة ضمن أساتذة التخصصات التطبيقية من معهدي علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعتي البويرة والجزائر03، ومحاولة الخروج بالحلول اللازمة لتفادي هاته المشاكل النفسية. Study Summary: The importance of the study is to identify the personal characteristics and professional pressures faced by the coach of the games and the relationship of these features to the pressures of the profession by relying on the criteria for the variables of the study on a sample within the trainers of applied disciplines of the institutes of science and techniques of physical activities and sports at the universities of Bouira and Algeria 03, and try to find solutions to avoid These are psychological problems.
