Résumé: This article critically examines the influence of the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), a neoconservative think-tank, on the United States'(U.S.) foreign policy toward Iraq, focusing on the 2003 war. It explores the PNAC's role in shaping policy decisions, assessing how the US administration adopted its ideas and recommendations.
