دور الكراسي العلمية الوقفية في تحقيق الجامعة الريادية نموذج الكراسي العلمية الوقفية لجامعة الملك سعود

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالوقف العلمي وكذا الكراسي العلمية الوقفية، وتحديد أهمية استغلال الوقف كمورد مالي من خلال الكراسي العلمية الوقفية في دعم وتطوير البحث العلمي ومدى مساهمته في تحقيق مبادئ الجامعة الريادية حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة و تم اختيار جامعة الملك سعود كنموذج للتعرف على مدى مساهمة الكراسي الوقفية في تعزير و تحقيق الريادة لها ، و ذلك من خلال استثماراتها الوقفية في تطوير ودعم المشروعات البحثية وتمويل الدراسات العلمية التطبيقية والبرامج الخاصة، فلقد ساهمت الكراسي العلمية الوقفية في ترقية الأبحاث العلمية و تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بفضل استثمار وتطبيق برامجها البحثية وابتكاراتها في أرض الواقع Abstract: This paper aims to define the scientific wakf, and the wakf, scientific chairs as well, additionally, the paper determines the importance of exploiting the wakf as a financial resource through the wakf and scientific chairs, which support and develop the scientific research, in addition, we aim to highlight its contribution in achieving the entrepreneurial university principles. A descriptive method was used for this research, as the King Saud University was selected as a model for evaluating the wakf chairs contribution in enhancing and achieving the university leadership, through its wakf investments used in developing and supporting research projects, as well as the financing of empirical scientific studies, and special programs. Results revealed that wakf and scientific chairs have contributed in promoting scientific researches, and achieving social and economic development thanks to the investment and the actual implementing of its innovation and research programs
