الإيداع القانوني للمصنفات في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع الايداع القانوني للمصنفات في التشريع الجزائري، حيث تهدف إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه إيداع المصنفات في حفظ حقوق المؤلفين وخلفهم العام والخاص، فضلاً عن دوره في حفظ الموروث الثقافي والفكري الوطني، باعتباره مصلحة عامة، تختص بها الدولة، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في بيان مدى مواكبة التشريع الجزائري المتعلق بالإيداع للمصنفات المستحدثة، وبيان الأثار المترتبة عن الايداع من جهة، والأثار المترتبة عن عدم الالتزام بإجراءاته من جهة أخرى. This study deals with the legal deposit of works in Algerian legislation, as it aims to highlight the role that the deposit of works plays in preserving the rights of authors and their public and private successors, as well as its role in preserving the national cultural and intellectual heritage, as it is a public interest that is pertinent to the state. A statement of the extent to which the Algerian legislation related to the deposit of new works keeps pace with, and the implications of filing on the one hand, and the consequences of non-compliance with its procedures on the other hand.
