دور التسيير الجبائي في تخفيض التكاليف الجبائية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب Enafor الفترة 2014 - 2017

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع التسيير الجبائي ودوره في تقليل من التكاليف الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية وعلى هذا الاساس تناولنا المفاهيم النظرية حول التسيير الجبائي والمخطر الجبائي وأهم الدراسات السابقة في الموضوع ، ومميزات الدراسات الحالية من ابعاد مختلفة والتي تصب في هدف واحد وهو ادراج العامل الجبائي كعامل اساسي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، اضافة الى ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية والتي لخصنا فيها أهم المخاطر الجبائية التي تعرضت لها المؤسسة وتسييرها جبائيا ، وتقييم هذه المخاطر بالاستعانة بالمقابلات الشخصية و دراسة الوثائق . وفي الاخير توصلنا الى أن معارف ومؤهلات المكلف بتسيير الوظيفة الجبائية وادراج الوظيفة الجبائية كأحد الوظائف المهمة في المؤسسة يساهم في تقليل والحد من المخاطر الجبائية التي تواجها المؤسسة This study deals with the subject of tax management and its role in reducing the fiscal costs in the economic enterprises, and on this basis we have addressed theoretical concepts about the tax management and fiscal risks and the most important previous studies in the subject, and the Distinguish between current studies from different dimensions that flows to the same goal is the inclusion of the fiscal factor as an essential factor in the economic enterprises, in addition we did a case study which we summarized the most important fiscal risks that the enterprise passed Through and how to manage it, and evaluating these risks using personal interviews and study of documents. Finally, we have found that the knowledge and qualifications of fiscal function holder and the inclusion of the fiscal function as an important function in the enterprise contribute to reduce fiscal risks facing the enterprise.
