Résumé: The objective of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the global financial crisis on the performance of Arab financial markets. A sample of three Arab financial markets was selected: Muscat Securities Market, Saudi Stock Exchange and Kuwait Stock Exchange during the period between 2007 and 2010, Use daily values for the general indicators of these three financial markets. CHOW test was used and the regression coefficient in order to measure the impact that the right of the three Arab financial markets. The study concluded that there is a strong statistical relationship between the Arab financial markets under study and the impact of the global financial crisis on them. On the one hand, the study revealed that Arab financial markets are considered weak at the weak level.
