Résumé: ملخص: أبانت العديد من الكوارث الطبيعية التي عرفتها الجزائر عن فجوة كبيرة في مجال البناء نظرا لعدم احترام المقاييس الفنية والتقنية عند تشييد البنايات أو حتى لاستعمال مواد غير صالحة للبناء ،الأمرالذي جعلنا نصوب اهتمامنا من خلال هذه الدراسة في فحوى الجانب الفني من هذه العملية ،والتي يتولى القيام بها بصفة أساسية المهندس المعماري ،عبر تطرقنا لأهم التزامات هذا الأخير في جميع مراحل البناء وخاصة ما تعلق منها بالوقاية من أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية ،والمنظمة بموجب قوانين التهيئة والتعمير أو نصوص قانونية أخرى . Abstract: The great number natural disasters that Algeria has experienced recently led to the discovery of several deficiencies in the country's building practices, which includes a total non-adherence to the construction standards' requirements and the use of inappropriate building materials. This problem drove us to focus on the role of the architect in preventing the natural disasters' risks and his obligations towards the compliance with the requirements of the Algerian Building Regulations
