Résumé: ملخص مما لا شك فيه أن حقوق الملكية الصناعية وفي مقدمتها تسميات المنشأ أو المؤشرات الجغرافية من حدث الفروع القانونية ومن ما يميز عصرنا الحالي حيث تعد معياراً لقياس التقدم والتطور، فحقوق الملكية الصناعية لها أهمية كبرى في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وشتى مجالات، وبالتالي فإن الدول تولي إهتماما واسعا في الاعتماد على حقوق الملكية الصناعية من أجل نهضتها في جميع المجالات، لتوفير الحماية لهذه الحقوق هو الحل الأنسب لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المطلوبة، من خلال زيادة الاستثمارات الداخلية وجلب الاستثمارات الأجنبية وضمان حقوق أصحابها. الكلمات المفتاحية: تسميات المنشأ، التنمية الاقتصادية. Abstract There is no doubt that industrial property rights, foremost of which are appellations of origin or geographical indications, are among the most recent legal branches and what distinguishes our current era, as they are a criterion for measuring progress and development. Industrial property rights are of great importance in economic and social development in various fields, and therefore countries pay wide attention In relying on industrial property rights for its renaissance in all fields, to provide protection for these rights is the most appropriate solution to achieve the required economic development, through increasing domestic investments and bringing in foreign investments and guaranteeing the rights of their owners.
