آليات التسويق الالكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي - منظور تحليلي –

Résumé: الملخص: عرف نشاط التسويق تطورا هائلا نتيجة لتطور الذي شهدته تكنولوجيا الاتصال و المعلومات ،فالتسويق التقليدي الذي تطور من المفهوم البيعي إلى المفهوم الإنتاجي وصولا إلى المفهوم الاجتماعي ، قد وجد اليوم تطبيقاته على شبكة الانترنت و مختلف تقنياتها مشكلا بذلك مفهوم جديد اصطلح عليه التسويق الالكتروني ، فقد فتحت هذه التقنيات بصفة عامة و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بصفة خاصة أفاقا واسعة أمام المؤسسة للوصول إلى تحقيق أهدافها ، و عليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التسويق الالكتروني المعاصر ، و مدى مساهمته كبرنامج تسويقي فعال بدرجة الأولى في بناء المؤسسة صلات دائمة و مستمرة مع عملائها و مستهلكيها بطريقة تسمح لها بالبقاء و الاستمرار هذا من جهة ، و من جهة ثانية كيف أصبح لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دورا مهما و أداة فعالة في نجاح عملية التسويق و تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. Abstract: The marketing activity has witnessed a remarkable development due to media and communication technologies evolution. Accordingly, traditional marketing has developed from sale to productive and social concept to productive and social concept. Hence, its application and various technologies became available on the internet; thus, a new concept for traditional marketing was informed know as electronic marketing. Moreover, these technologies in general and social media in particular have happened extensive prospects for enterprise to achieve its target goals, This study aims at highlighting social media role in contemporary electronic marketing ,and exploring the way its contributes in establishing a permanent relationship with its consumers as a highly effective marketing program on the one hand, and how it has become an effective tool contributing to marketing success and achieving enterprise goals on the other
