Résumé: هدفت الدرا سة إ لى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة و الصحة النفسية و أهم استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط المهنية لدى عمال مؤسسة سوناطراك- ، -DMLبالأغواط حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وتوز يع أدوات الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 30 عامل والمتمثلة في مقياس الصلابة النفسية إعداد " عماد مخيمر " تكييف "بشير معمرية" يت كون من 48ع بارة ومق ياس ا ستراتيجيات المواج هة " ل فواز أ يوب ح مدان مومني " الم كون من 38ع بارة، وا ستبيان ال صحة النف سية من إ عداد البا حث ب عد الا ستعانة بمقياس الصحة النفسية لسيدني كراون م كون من 15ع بارة، أ ين توصلنا إلى الن تائج التالية : - مستوى الصلابة والصحة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة مرتفع. - يوا جه ع مال مؤس سة سوناطراك ال ضغوط النف سية ا لدعم با ستراتيجية ثم ،الاجت ماعي ا ستراتيجية حل الم شكلات ثم التفر يغ العاطفي ثم اJتدين ثم ، الان سحاب ا ستراتيجية والتج نب وب عدها الا سترخاء والترف يه ثم لوم ا لذات الكل مات . المفتاح ية : ال صلابة ،المواجهة استراتيجيات ،النفسية الضغوط النفسية، الضغوط المهنية الصحة النفسية ، The study aimed at identifying the level of the hardness (rigidity) and the psychological health and the most important strategies to face professional stress among workers of SONATRACH –DML- in laghouat.The study was based on the descriptive approach, and the study tools were distributed at a sample consisted of 30 workers. We used the psychological test presented by « Imad M’khimar » and adapted by « bachir maameria », which was consisted of 48 phrases, and the confrontation strategies test « Ayoub hamdoun moumni », which was consisted of 38 phrases, and the questionnaire of psychological health presented by the researcher after the help of the psychological health test of »Sidney Crown », which was consisted of 15 phrases. We reached the following results: -The level of hardness (rigidity) and psychological health of the study sample was high. -The workers of SONATRACH foundation face psychological stress with the social support strategy,then,with the strategy of problems solving,then,emotional discharging, then religiounness,then the strategy of pulling out and avoidance, after that,relaxing,amusement,then, self blaming.
