العوامل المؤثرة على ممارسات إدارة الأرباح لدى المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية " دراسة حالة المؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة (2002-2018)"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة قياس تأثير كل من "ربحية الشركة" و "مديونية الشركة" و "سيولة الشركة" و "حجم الشركة" و"التحالمستحقات الإختياريةفظ المحاسبي" و "معدل النمو" و "المدفوعات الضريبية" على ممارسات إدارة الأرباح للمؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين (2002-2018)، ولتقدير المستحقات الإختيارية كمؤشر يعبر عن ممارسات إدارة الأرباح تم إستخدام نموذج جونز المعدل. توصلت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا يوجد فروقات كبيرة في مستوى ممارسات إدارة الأرباح في الفترة قبل وبعد تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للعوامل (سيولة الشركة، التحفظ المحاسبي، المدفوعات الضريبية) في توجيه ممارسات إدارة الأرباح لدى المؤسسات الإقتصادية المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر. This study aims to attempt to measure the impact of the company's profitability, company indebtedness, company liquidity, "company size," "accounting reservation," "growth rate" and "tax payments" on the profit management practices of the priced institutions on the Algiers Stock Exchange (2002-2018), and to estimate the optional receivables as an indicator of profit management practices used by the Modified Jones model. The results of the study found that there are no significant differences in the level of profit management practices in the period before and after the application of the financial accounting system, and the results showed a statistically significant effect of factors (liquidity of the company, accounting reserves, tax payments) in guiding the profit management practices of the economic institutions priced on the Algiers Stock Exchange.
