دور التكوين البيداغوجي في تنمية أساليب الأساتذة في معالجة المشكلات الصفية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط: دراسة مختلطة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور التكوين البيداغوجي في معالجة المشكلات الصفية لدى المراهق المتمدرس في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) أستاذاً وأستاذة في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بولايتي سطيف وبرج بوعريريج. ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس أساليب معالجة المشكلات السلوكية الصفية لعبد الحق زواوي (2018)، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: 1-يمارس أساتذة التعليم المتوسط أساليب معالجة المشكلات الصفية بمستوى متوسط. 2-توجد فروق في أساليب معالجة المشكلات الصفية لدى المراهق المتمدرس في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تبعاً لمتغير نمط التكوين. 3-لا توجد فروق في أساليب معالجة المشكلات الصفية لدى المراهق المتمدرس في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. 4-توجد فروق في أساليب معالجة المشكلات الصفية لدى المراهق المتمدرس في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تبعاً لمتغير الأقدمية. وقد فسرت النتائج في ضوء ما أسفر عنه التراث السيكوتربوي والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، وتوجت الدراسة في الأخير بجملة من الاقتراحات. The present study aims at uncovering the role of pedagogical formation in tackling the class problems of adolescent learners in the middle school in the light of some variables. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers in middle school in Setif and Bourj Bourereridj willaya's. to collect data used behavioral problems class styles scale class Abdelhak Zaouaoui (2018). After the statistical analysis obtained the following results: 1-The teachers in middle school practice methods of dealing with class problems at an average level. 2-There are statistical differences in addressing problems class styles among adolescent schooled in the middle school depending on formation type variable. 3-There are no statistical differences in addressing problems class styles among adolescent schooled in the middle school depending on gender variable. 4-There are statistical differences in addressing problems class styles among adolescent schooled in the middle school depending on seniority variable. The results were interpreted in the light of the legacy of the Scottish heritage and previous studies on the subject and culminated in a series of suggestions.
