Résumé: تعمل المواطنة علي رفع الخلافات تحفظ حقوق المواطن ، وجب عليه وجباته ، وتأدي إلي رفع الثقة بين المواطن والدولة كل منهما تجاه الاخر.كما تضمن المساوات و العدل والانصاف بين المواطنين أما القانون ـ وأمام الوظائف العامة والمناصب في الدولة بالإضافة إلي تعريف بالتنوع والتعدد العقائدي والعرقي وترتفع عنه في العلاقة بين المواطن والدولة . ومنه هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلي التطرق : دور القيادة الإدارية في تكريس المواطنة وانعكاساتها علي المؤسسات الإدارية الرياضية . مبرزه الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه القائد الإداري الرياضي داخل المنشأة الرياضية وفق أدوار تبين من خلالها مدي أهميت القيادة في غرس المواطنة وهذا يتجلى وفق ابعاد تضمن حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع والدولة . الكلمات المفتاحية : القيادة . المواطنة . الادارة الرياضية Citizenship works to resolve disputes, preserves the rights of the citizen, is obligated to him and his duties, and leads to raising trust between the citizen and the state, each towards the other.
