مظاهر تدخل السلطة التنفيذية في السلطة التشريعية وفقا للتعديل الدستوري الجزائري لسنة 2020

Résumé: ملخص: يهتم القانون الدستوري بعدة مواضيع ولعل من أهمها العلاقة بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية، وكذا مدى التأثير المتبادل بينهما، وفي هذا المقال سنتطرق إلى كيفية تأثير السلطة التنفيذية على عمل السلطة التشريعية في الدستور الجزائري، موضحا أهم الوسائل والآليات التي وضعها المؤسس الدستوري للسلطة التنفيذية والتي تؤثر في عمل السلطة التشريعية، وذلك من خلال تدخل السلطة التنفيذية في المجال التشريعي للبرلمان، وكذلك من خلال ضبط السلطة التنفيذية لعمل البرلمان. Abstract: Constitutional law is concerned with several topics, perhaps the most important of which is the relationship between the executive and legislative branches, as well as the extent of mutual influence between them. In this article, we will address how the executive authority affects the work of the legislative authority in the Algerian constitution, explaining the most important means and mechanisms established by the constitutional founder of the executive authority that affect The work of the legislative authority, through the intervention of the executive authority in the legislative field of Parliament, as well as through the executive authority to control the work of Parliament.
