الخدمات المالية الرقمية كآلية لتعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالخدمات المالية الرقمية وتحديد أهم قنواتها، بداية من اختيار نوع الخدمة من طرف العميل مرورا بإجراءات إتمامها، وتوضيح كيفية مساهمتها في تعزيز الشمول المالي، مع عرض مستوى هذه الخدمات في الجزائر، ومحاولة تحديد أهم العراقيل والمعوقات التي تواجه الشمول المالي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الرفع من المعاملات المالية الرقمية أصبح ضرورة ملحة، خاصة مع الظروف الصحية الراهنة والتي تتطلب معاملات لا تلامسية، ويتحقق هذه بإتباع إستراتيجية شاملة وواضحة المعالم، والاستفادة من التجارب العالمية والعربية الناجحة في مجال الشمول المالي. This research aims to introduce digital financial services and identify their most important channel, starting from choosing the type of service on the part of the customer through the procedures for its completion, and explain how it contributes to promoting financial inclusion, whith the presentation of the level of these services in Algeria, and trying to identify the most important obstacles which face financial inclusion. The study concluded that increasing digital financial transactions has become an urgent necessity, especially with the current health conditions that require non-contact transactions, this is achieved by following a comprehensive and clear strategy and benefit from successful international and Arab experiences in the field of financial inclusion.
