تقييم نفسي معرفي لاضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد عند تلاميذ السنة الرابعة ابتدائي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية لتقييم الوظائف المعرفية عند تلاميذ السنة الرابعة ابتدائي المصابين باضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد واقتراح برنامج تدريبي لتنشيط الوظائف المعرفية على رأسها الانتباه والذاكرة العاملة، حيث قمنا بتطبيق بطارية التقييم المعرفي في القياس القبلي، ثم طبقنا البرنامج التدريبي لمدة ستة أشهر لتنشيط الوظائف العرفية خاصة بعد ذلك قمنا بالقياس القبلي لمعرفة نسب التحسن عند مجموعة الدراسة بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي. حيث شملت عينة الدراسة سبعة عشر تلميذا يدرسون في السنة الرابعة ابتداءي على مستوي ولاية البويرة مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي لقياس دلالة الفروق بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي، واستعملنا بالمقابل المنهج التجريبي لتقييم فعالية البرنامج. بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج القياس القبلي ونتائج القياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، مع تحست واضح في أداء التلاميذ على بطارية التقييم المعرفي بعد تطبيق البرنامج خاصة الانتباه والذاكرة العاملة. وزادت قدرة هؤلاء التلاميذ على التركيز أثناء أداء المهام المدرسية المختلفة وأصبحوا أكثر استقرارا في المجال الحركي داخل القسم الدراسي. This study aimed to evaluate the cognitive functions of pupils in fourth-year primary school with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity. we propose a program to activate cognitive functions, especially attention and working memory. We applied the cognitive evaluation battery in the pre-measurement, then we applied the program for a period of six months to stimulate cognitive functions, after that we did the pre-measurement to know the rates of improvement in the study group after applying the program. The study included seventeen pupils in the fourth year primary school in Bouira, using the descriptive approach to measure the significance of the differences between the pre- and post-measurements. and, we used the experimental approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the results of the pre-measurement and the results of the post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement There was a clear improvement in pupils performance on the cognitive assessment battery after implementing the program, especially attention and working memory. The ability of these pupils to concentrate while performing various school tasks increased and they became more stable in the motor field within the classroom.
