التعليم الهجين في الجامعة الجزائرية بين الضرورة والاضطرارـ تجربة جامعة بلحاج بوشعيب عين تموشنت أنموذجا ـ

Résumé: التعليم الهجين نمط تعليميّ مستحدث، يضمن التكوين الذي يتوازى فيه التعليم الحضوري والتعليم عن بعد، وقد طبقته معظم الجامعات عبر العالم، خاصة خلال فترة جائحة كورونا Covid-19. ترنو هذه الورقة البحثية تقويم تجربة الجامعة الجزائرية في تطبيق نمط التعليم الهجين، ومعرفة إن كان ذلك ضرورة لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل؟ أم اضطرارا فرضته جائحة كورونا وسيزول بزوالها؟ وتمّت الاستعانة بدراسة ميدانية في جامعة بلحاج بوشعيب بعين تموشنت، للوقوف على ظروف وتحدّيات تطبيقه، وصولا إلى تقديم بعض التوصيات اللازمة. Hybrid Education is an innovative educational method that guarantees training in which face-to-face education and distance education are parallel, and most universities around the world have applied it, especially during the Corona Pandemic period Covid-19 . This research paper aims to evaluate the experience of the Algerian University in applying the hybrid education pattern, and to see if this is a necessity to keep pace with the technological development taking place ? or damage imposed by the Corona pandemic, and it will go away with its demise ? A field study was used at the University of Belhadj Bouchaib in Ain Temouchent, to find out the conditions and challenges of its application, in order to provide some necessary recommendations
