Résumé: : تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية على جودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، ومعرفة مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية وجودة حياتهم الوظيفية بجامعة خميس مليانة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تم الاعتماد على استبانتين: الأول خاص بالإدارة الالكترونية، والثاني خاص بجودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ الجامعي ،حيث تم تطبيقهما على عينة قوامها 80 أستاذا اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من خمسة كليات، منتهجين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليل النتائج، تبين لنا أن: مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ الجامعي متوسط، كما أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثر على جودة الحياة الوظيفية للأستاذ الجامعي. The study aims to show the impact of E. management on the quality of the university professor’s profession from the professors ’point of view, and to know the level of E. management and the quality of their career at Khemis Miliana University. To achieve the objectives of the study Two questionnaires were relied on: the first for E. administration, and the second on the quality of the university professor’s career. They were applied to a sample of 80 professors chosen in a simple random way from five colleges, following this descriptive analytical approach. After collecting data and analyzing the results, we found that: the level of E. management and the quality of the job life of an average university professor, and E. management have an impact on the quality of the career of a university professor
