أثر الاحتراق الوظيفي على جودة الخدمة الصحية - دراسة حالة مستشفى 18 فيفري بمتليلي ولاية غرداية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر الإحتراق الوظيفي على جودة الخدمة الصحية في مستشفى 18 فيفري بمتليلي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توزيع إستبيان على عينة تكونت من 53 موظف يشغلون مناصب مختلفة في المستشفى. بعد تحليل الاستبيان عن طريق برنامج SPSS ثم الوصول إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود مستوى متوسط من الاحتراق الوظيفي وجودة الخدمة الصحية. كما انه توجد علاقة عكسية بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وجودة الخدمة الصحية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة (كلما زاد الاحتراق الوظيفي تقل جودة الخدمة الصحية)، حيث جاءت أعلى نسبة ارتباط لأبعاد الاحتراق الوظيفي بجودة الخدمة الصحية لبعد الإنجاز الشخصي يليه الاجهاد الإنفعالي ثم عدم الإنسانية، وهذا بنسب متفاوتة . This studying aims at showing the effects of the burnout job on the health service quality in the hospital of 18 February in Metlili. We used the descriptive analytical method then we distributed a questionnaire on a sample of 53 employee working on different jobs in this hospital. After analyzing the results on the program of SPSS, the study concluded that there is an average level of the burning job and the health service quality. There is an inverse relationship between the burnout job and the health service quality in this hospital under study (The greater the burnout, the lower the quality of the health service). The highest correlation between the dimensions of job burnout to health quality service came from personal achievement dimension, Then emotional and inhuman pressure, in different proportions
