المعالجة الصحفية لقضايا المضاربة بالأسعار في الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة مدى اهتمام و كيفية معالجة الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة لقضايا المضاربة في الأسعار من خلال جريدة الشروق اليومي باعتبارها من اكثر الصحف مقروئية في الساحة الإعلامية . اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بالاستعانة بأسلوب المسح بالعينة وذلك باستخدام عينة الأسبوع الصناعي وشملت عينة الدراسة 18 عددا من اعداد جريدة الشروق اليومي، تم بالاعتماد على أداة تحليل المحتوى وتصميم استمارة تحليل المحتوى التي تضمنت فئات خاصة بالشكل و فئات خاصة بالمضمون . وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: - ان جريدة الشروق اليومي اولت أهمية لقضايا المضاربة في الأسعار خلال تخصيصها اكبر المساحات داخل اهم الصفحات في الجريدة لمعالجتها، بينما سجلت اعلى مساحة مخصصة على مستوى الأشهر خلال شهري مارس وافريل. - استخدمت جريدة الشروق اليومي تقريبا مختلف الاجناس الصحفية المتمثلة في الأنواع الإخبارية والاستقصائية كالتحقيق والفكرية المتمثلة في صحافة الراي والتصويرية التي تمثلت في الكاريكاتير، حيث لم تكتفي فقط بالتغطية المستمرة لهذه القضايا بل اخذت على عاتقها مهمة البحث والتقصي عن الأسباب وراء حدوثها. - تطرقت جريدة الشروق اليومي في معالجتها لقضايا المضاربة في الأسعار الى جوانب مختلفة لمواضيع المضاربة في الأسعار منها الجانب القانوني و الاقتصادي و جانب التدابير الوقائية. - تمثلت اعلى نسبة للقيم السائدة في القيم الإيجابية التي سعت جريدة الشروق اليومي لترسخيها لدى المواطن الجزائري بينما تضمنت المادة قيما سلبية اشارت لها الجريدة وهي ما هدفت الى تصحيحها وتغييرها . الكلمات المفتاحية : المعالجة الصحفية، المضاربة في الأسعار، المضاربة غير المشروعة .   Abstract: this study aimed to indicate the amount of interest along with how the private Algerian press handles speculative price cases through Echorouk daily newspaper, which is considered as one of the most readable newspapers in the media landscape. The study relied on the descriptive approach and the sample survey method, using the industrial week sample. The sample of the study included 18 issues of daily newspaper of Echorouk. the study was based on the content analysis tool and the design of the content analysis form, which included categories of form and categories of content. The main findings of the paper were that: - Echorouk daily newspaper gave importance to cases of speculation in prices by allocating the largest spaces within the most important pages of the newspaper to deal with them, while it recorded the highest space allocated at the level of the months during the months of March and April. - The daily newspaper Echorouk used almost all the journalistic genres of news, including informational, investigative, intellectual and photographic genres, where not only it covered all these cases continuously, but also it took on the task of researching and investigating the factors behind each. - In dealing with price speculation cases, the daily newspaper of Echorouk tackled various aspects of these, including legal, economic and preventive measures. - The highest prevailing values were the positive values that the daily newspaper Echorouk sought to establish among Algerian citizens, while the article contained negative values referred to in the newspaper, which it aimed to correct and change.
