Résumé: ملخص: نتيجة التغيرات التي طرأت على الساحة الاقتصادية مما أثر ذلك بالسلب على مجال الاستثمار بحيث تبنى المشرع قانون المتعلق بحماية الاستثمار رقم 16-09، قصد حماية مستثمرين العقار السياحي من أجل النهوض بقطاع السياحة، ومن أجل ذلك ضمن هذا القانون بمجموعة من الضمانات القانونية لجلب المستثمرين الوطنيين والأجانب للاستثمار في مجال العقار السياحي في الجزائر.
