Résumé: This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of the incentive system on job performance, as we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used many statistical and quantitative methods provided by descriptive, applied and inferential statistics to estimate the impact of the incentive system on job performance at the Sonatrach Foundation - Hassi Messaoud February 24 Base. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and information. The study was applied to a random sample of 48 employees, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS: V26 program. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the impact of the incentive system on job performance at the Sonatrach organization under study through both material incentives and bonuses.
