إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية ودورها في تحسين الخدمة العمومية- دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بتلاغ ولاية سيدي بلعباس

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية، واعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات، كما اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة لوجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين متغير إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية وتحسين الخدمة العمومية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وإلى أن استراتيجة تنمية الموارد البشرية التي تتبعها المؤسسة لا تتماشى مباشرة وجودة الخدمة المقدمة من طرفها. Abstract : This study aims to find out the role of the human resources development strategy in improving the public service, and we relied in the study on the descriptive approach in data collection and data, In analyzing the questionnaire data, we also relied on the Social Sciences Statistical Package Program (spss), the study reached a set of results the most important of which are The existence of a positive relationship between the human resources developing strategy and public service improving in the institution under study. The human resource development strategy that follows the institution is not directly in line with the quality of service provided by it, thus this strategy has a weak impact on the various dimensions of quality according to the servqual model.
