تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية الأجنبية وفقا للقانون الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: إن الأحكام القضائية الأجنبية تقبل التنفيذ أمام القضاء الجزائري وفق شروط معيّنة، ويخضع هذا التنفيذ لأحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية – الجماعية والثنائية - التي تكون الجزائر طرفا فيها إذا توافرت شروط تطبيقها، وإلاّ وفقا لقانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية الصادر بموجب القانون رقم 08 – 09، وتعد هذه الشروط مألوفة إلى حد ما في مختلف التشريعات.. طرحنا تساؤل فيما تتمثل شروط تنفيذ حكم قضائي أجنبي في الجزائر؟ وماهي إجراءات تنفيذه؟. Abstract: The foreign judgments accept execution in front of the Algerian judiciary under certain conditions, and subject to the implementation of the provisions of international conventions - the collective and bilateral - which Algeria is a party if the conditions are met, applied, and only in accordance with the law of civil procedure and administrative issued under Law No. 08-09, and the longer these conditions familiar to some extent in the different legislation .. we raised the question in terms of implementation is a foreign court judgment in Algeria? What are the procedures for its implementation?
