Résumé: This study aims to show the role of organizational knowledge management in the development of intellectual capital, in order to achieve optimal performance that distinguishes the organization from others. In the second chapter, we presented the theoretical framework for intellectual capital. To achieve this practically according to a scientific methodology, where (30) questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the institution, and the opinions of (23) administrative workers were collected, processed and analyzed from the administrative workers present in the Sonelgaz Corporation for the distribution of electricity and gas in Medea Palace, The data was collected by means of a form that was designed as a tool to measure the study model. The study used descriptive and inferential statistique méthode to test its hypotheses, including Pearson's correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha stability coefficient. Among the most prominent findings of the study is that there is a great role and a clear importance between organizational knowledge management and intellectual capital and that there is a positive influence between them, and there is a strong positive and statistically significant impact and correlation between organizational knowledge management and the development of intellectual capital in the company represented in the state of Medea
