تحديات القيادة عبر الفضاءات الرقمية

Résumé: أحدث التّحوّل الرّقمي تطوّر في أساليب وسمات القيادة التّقليدية، إذ لم تعد كما كانت عليه سابقا، بل انتقل العمل من الصّورة المباشرة اعتمادا على أنواع الاتصال سواء الشّخصي أو الجمعي إلى صوّر رقمية تعتمد الاتصال الافتراضي (عن بعد). ويسجّل القادة حضورهم في هذا الفضاء من خلال قيامهم بممارساتهم عن بعد سواء بغية المراقبة، أو الإشراف، أو التّوجيه، أو تنظيم العمل، أو التّسويق... وارتبط مفهوم القيادة الافتراضية بظهور التّقنية الرّقمية، وما وفّرته من وسائط اتصال متعدّدة تخترق الزمان والمكان، ما أفضى عليها بعدا وسيمات جديدة. ولذلك نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة أن نسلط الضوء على جانب من جوانب التطوير الذي يحدثه الفضاء الرقمي على القيادة التقليدية، ولدراسة الموضوع بشكل مفصل وشامل سنستعرض العناصر الآتية: - القيادة الافتراضية ، مفهومها،خصائصها،نظرياتها. - البيئة الافتراضية، خصائصها، مميزاتها. - تحديات القيادة في الفضاء الرقمي. Abstract: The latest digital transformation has evolved in traditional driving methods and features, as it is no longer the same as it used to be, but it has moved from a direct image based on both personal and aggregate connectivity to digital images based on virtual connectivity (remotely). Commanders record their presence in this space by doing their practices remotely, whether for observation, supervision, orientation, organization of work or marketing... The notion of virtual leadership was linked to the emergence of digital technology and its provision of multiple means of communication that penetrate time and space, leading to a new handsome dimension. That is why through this paper we are trying to highlight one aspect of digital space's development on traditional leadership, and to study the topic in detail and comprehensively we will review the following elements: - Virtual leadership, its concept, its characteristics, its theories. - Digital space, its properties, its means. - Driving challenges in the digital space
