Organizational Change Management As A Mechanism For Developing Learning Organizations Under The Mediating Role Of Strategic Leadership: A Field Study At Hodna Lait, A Dairy Production Company.
Résumé: This study aims to explore the role of organizational change management in adopting the learning organization model, considering the presence of supportive strategic leadership as a mediating variable. The study population comprised 380 employees at HODNA LAIT, a dairy and dairy products manufacturing company in Algeria. The researchers employed a descriptive-analytic approach, relying on a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. Initially, 300 questionnaires were distributed, of which 226 were retrieved, forming the study sample. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using AMOS.v24. The study revealed several significant findings, including a direct and significant influence between organizational change management and the learning organization, and the mediating role of strategic leadership in this relationship.
