Processes And Models For Applying Knowledge Management In Business Organizations

Résumé: Abstract: This research studies the requirements that must be met to apply knowledge Management. It also includes mechanisms for its application process and some models presented by researchers regarding approaches to apply it. In the Era of Digital Revolution Knowledge Management is considered as a strategic approach to integrate the knowledge-based economy system, and developing the organization's knowledge capital. In this research We used the descriptive analytical approach; we reached a number of results, the most important concerns the central role of the applying of knowledge management as a basic pillar for achieving the transition to the modern model based on the value of knowledge. We have also reached the importance of accurate understanding of the environment in which the organization operates and the requirements and changes required for the application of knowledge management, as well as knowing the most appropriate model for the organization to achieve the highest possible value for its own intellectual capital.
