تحليل وتقييم نظام الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين في الجزائر على ضوء الإصلاحات المحلية والدولية

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الورقة لتحليل وتقييم نظام الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين في الجزائر على ضوء الاصلاحات المحلية ومؤشرات الملاءة الدولية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج الهامة، من أبرزها ان معظم شركات التأمين في الجزائر تجد صعوبة في تغطية التزاماتها القانونية بقيم الدولة التي تتميز بالضمان (50%كحد أدنى)، كما أن نظام الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين في الجزائر ما زال يرتكز على القواعد المحاسبية وبالتالي فهو أقرب في مكوناته الى نظام الملاءة I، فهو لا يتماشى تماما مع نظام الملاءة II الذي يعتمد على معايير رأس المال المستند إلى المخاطر. الكلمات المفتاحية: شركات التأمين، الملاءة المالية، سوق التأمين، الاصلاحات المالية، مؤشرات الملاءة الدولية ABSTRACT: this paper aims to analyse and evaluate the solvency system of insurance companies in Algeria in the light of local reforms and international solvency indicators. the study concluded with a number of important results, most notably that most of the insurance companies in Algeria find it difficult to cover their legal obligations with the values of the state which are characterized by security (50% minimum), As that the solvency system of insurance companies in Algeria is still based on accounting rules and is therefore nearer to the solvency system I, which is not fully in line with the solvency system II, which is based on risk-based capital standards.
