معوقات القياس والافصاح المحاسبي لتكاليف الموارد البشرية - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية بسكرة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على معوقات القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي للمورد البشري، من خلال الوقوف على واقع ممارسات القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي في ظل تطبيق محاسبة موارد بشرية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالمنطقة الصناعية لولاية بسكرة، حيث بلغ حجم العينة 47 مستجوب، وتم تحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Spss23، حيث خلصت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن عدم اجبارية القانون تطبيق محاسبة الموارد البشرية وعدم توفر الإرادة لتبنيها تعتبر أهم معوقات تطبيقها This study aims to focus on the barriers of measurement and accounting disclosure of human resource, by identifying the reality of accounting measurement and disclosure practices under the application of human resources accounting. To achieve this objective we conducted a a field study of some industrial entreprises in Biskra, where the sample was 47 questioners, analysed using the statistical programme Spss23, where the study concluded with a series of results, the most important of which: being that the law is not compulsory to apply the accounting of human resources and the lack of will to adopt them are the most important obstacles to their application.
