Résumé: ملخص: أصبحت الحقوق التي أقرتها قواعد القانون الدولي و كرست في شكل قوانين في معظم المجتمعات الدولية حقوقا مكتسبة، ومع ذلك فإن المرأة لا تزال تواجه عدة عقبات تعوق تمتعها بهذه الحقوق في الكثير من مناطق العالم ويرتبط إمكان تمتع المرأة بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية ارتباطاً وثيقاً بقضية التمييز، ولقد نجحت الحركة النسائية على امتداد سنوات طويلة في إقامة التنظيمات النسائية على المستويات المحلية والوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، ولكنها اتجهت في العقود الأخيرة إلى استخدام إطار حقوق الإنسان في وضع قضايا المرأة في بؤرة الصورة وهو ما يمكن الحركة النسائية من الانتفاع ببعض البرامج الخاصة بدلاً من بقائها على الهامش ومواصلة مسيرتها باعتبارها حركة مستقلة ومنفصلة عن سائر تيارات حركة حقوق الإنسان. Abstract: The rights recognized by the rules of international law and enshrined in the form of laws in most international societies have become vested rights, However women still face several obstacles to the enjoyment of these rights in many regions of the world, Women's enjoyment of civil, political and economic rights Social and cultural issues have been closely linked to the issue of discrimination. For many years, the women's movement has succeeded in establishing women's organizations at the local, national, regional and international levels, but in recent decades has tended to use the human rights framework in the development of women's issues The focus of the picture is what enables the women's movement to benefit from some special programs instead of remaining on the sidelines and continuing its march as an independent and separate movement from the other streams of the human rights movement.
