Résumé: هدفت دراستنا للتعرف على مخرجات التكوين الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية وميدان الشغل، وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَ التخصصات المدروسة بالجامعة لا تتماشى مع المناصب المعروضة في سوق العمل وأنَ تكوين الجامعي لا يغطي كل الجوانب لخرجيها، وأنَ سوق العمل المحلي من يد عاملة مركزية التكوين الجامعي في الجزائر لا تسمح بتوجيه الطلبة حسب طبيعة البيئة المحلية التي ينتمون إليه، الأعداد الكبيرة لخريجي الجامعة يفوق حاجيات الاقتصاد الوطني . he field of employment, and we followed the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The local labor market is a centralized workforce. University training in Algeria does not allow students to be directed according to the nature of the local environment to which they belong. The large number of university graduates exceeds the needs of the national economy.
