مواءمة تكوين الخريج الجامعي مع سوق الشغل

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى كفاية محتوى برامج التكوين لخريجي الجامعات لمتطلبات سوق الشغل، وكذا التعرف على مدى رضا أفراد العينة عن مجالات التكوين المنظمة من طرف الوزارة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب للدراسة، وقد استعملنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى انه هنالك مؤامة لمخرجات التكوين الجامعي وسوق الشغل بنسبة ضعيفة، كما أقر الأساتذة بأن المستوى التكويني للطالب في النظام الجديد -LMD- ليس أفضل من النظام القديم ولا يعبر عن المستوى التكويني الفعلي المرغوب The study aimed to identify the adequacy of the content of training programs for university graduates to the requirements of the labor market, as well as to identify the extent of satisfaction of the sample members with the fields of training organized by the ministry. The study concluded that there is a weak proportion of university training outcomes and the job market, and the professors also acknowledged that the student’s formative level in the new LMD system is not better than the old system and does not reflect the desired actual training level.
