Résumé: تسعي المنظمات المنتجة للدواء إلى البقاء والاستمرارية في الصناعة التي تعمل فيها، لذا تقوم بمتابعة التطورات التي تحدث في بيئتها وتحليلها من اجل الوقوف على الفرص المتاحة أمامها والتحديات التي تواجهها. وتعتبر المنافسة من أهم التهديدات التي تواجهه المنظمات الدوائية، ويساعد تحليلها على صياغة الاستراتيجيات التسويقية الواضحة والدقيقة لمواجهة المنافسين وتوسيع الحصة السوقية. وسنحاول في هذه الدراسة التعرف على الإطار النظري للتخطيط الاستراتيجي التسويقي الدوائي، والتحليل التنافسي لهذه الصناعة، كما سنحاول دراسة أهمية التحليل التنافسي للصناعة الدوائية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي للأنشطة التسويقية Pharmaceutical organizations seek to survive and maintain the industry in which they operate, so they follow developments in their environment and analyze them in order to identify the opportunities available to them and the challenges they face. Competition is one of the most important threats faced by pharmaceutical organizations, and its analysis helps to formulate clear and accurate marketing strategies to compete with competitors and expand market share. In this study, we will attempt to identify the theoretical framework for strategic marketing, pharmaceutical marketing and competitive analysis of this industry. We will also try to study the importance of competitive analysis of the pharmaceutical industry in the strategic planning of marketing activities
