Résumé: ملخص: شهد الرأي العام وقياسه تطورا هائلا بسبب عدد من المتغيرات أهمها الثورة التكنولوجية وما أتاحته من فرص التعبير عن الرأي بحرية؛ حيث يكفي فقط عدد الوسائل التي أتاحتها شبكة الأنترنت، ومن ناحية أخرى أصبح حجم المعلومات والبينات يتاح بشكل فوري، وضخم أمام العديد من الأشخاص مما أدى إلى زيادة المعرفة حول العديد من القضايا، كما أتيحت الفرصة أمام الجمهور إلى أن ينتج مادته ويقدم معلومات يكون لها نصيب من الانتشار والتأثير عبر وسيلة إعلام سهلة ورخيصة، حيث تم كسر احتكار الدولة أو النخبة السياسية في تشكيل الرأي العام والتأثير عليه، إزاء مختلف القضايا، ومن ناحية أخرى زيادة حجم الفاعلين في صناعة وتشكيل الرأي العام. كلمات مفتاحية: الرأي العام، الواقعي، الإلكتروني، الأنترنت، وسائل التواصل. تصنيفاتJEL : ....، ....، ...(وضع ترميز JEL إجباري) Abstract: Public opinion and its measurement have witnessed a tremendous development due to a number of variables, the most important of which is the technological revolution and the opportunities it provided for expressing opinion freely.
