تسعير عقود الخيارات المالية باستخدام نموذج بلاك شولز - حالة سوق الخيارات الكويتي –

Résumé: تعتبر عقود الخيارات من أبرز الابتكارات المالية التي يتم التعامل بها في الأسواق المالية، وقد تعددت وتنوعت أساليب ونماذج تسعيرها، من أهمها نموذج بلاك شولز؛ وفي هذه الدراسة قمنا بمحاولة تسعير بعض عقود الخيارات المتداولة السوق الكويتية للأوراق المالية، بالاعتماد على بيانات فعلية لمجموعة من البنوك المدرجة فيها، وقد توصلنا لملائمة نموذج بلاك شولز في تسعير هذه الخيارات باعتباره من أدق النماذج في ذلك، حيث تتم المقارنة بين سعر الخيار النظري المحسوب وفق هذا النموذج مع سعر الخيار في السوق، ورغم تباين مختلف النتائج المتحصل عليها، إلا أنه كلما انخفض تذبذب معدل العائد للسهم كلما انخفضت قيمة الخيار. الكلمات المفتاحية: عقود الخيارات، سوق الخيارات الكويتي، نموذج بلاك- شولز. The pricing of Financial options contracts by using the black schools model - case of the Kuwaiti options market Abstract: Options considered decades of leading financial innovations that are treated in the financial markets. There ara many pricing models, The most important model of Black-Scholes. in This study we have tried evaluates pricing some options based on actual data for a group of Banks listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. We've reached the Black-Scholes model is suitable for evaluating the option price. Being one of the most accurate models, where it is based on the comparison between the price of a theoretical option calculated using this model with the price of the option on the market, despite the contrast different results, however, whenever the rate of earnings per share fell fluctuations, the option value has dropped too.
